Its neither a busy day nor a cool day! A world that is of little interest may lead you into failing your daily duties. Its almost more then a couple of months that I have stopped writing for some reason and I do not have a proper reason behind it though. Now, thought of writing a simple review which covers up a long gap. Yesterday, I had been to 7am arivu. I had to watch people waiting for tickets even without knowing the film name properly. Yes. People have been asking for '7:00 AM Arivu' instead of '7am arivu', which says that it is '7:00 AM knowledge' instead of '7th sense'.
The movie starts with a historical story, the hero being 'Bodhi Dharman'. Before that, people(only younsters) are questioned to know about Bodhi dharman. No one answers in India, but they do, in China. 'Bodhi Dharman', in the film and in wikipedia is said to be one of the successors of Pallava Dynasty. He leaves to China on his Godmother's orders. He saves a village from a worst disease, fights for them and transfers his knowledge on medicine to people from various parts of China. He also becomes a physical trainer, thus leading to the creation of Shaolinquan. It is a collection of Chinese martial arts. It can also be used to control one's mind from distance, for which people now, gave it a name called hypnotism. Since Bodhidharma becomes the savious of the village, people give him a poisoned food when he announces his return to India. Knowingly, he takes the poisoned food, just because people believe burying him on that land would save the future of village.
Now, the screen gets into Chennai, where Arvind works at a Bombay Circus. He accidentally meets Subha - a genetic Engineering student,at circus and later, at a theme park and falls in love at first sight. However, they become close to each other. One day, when Subha gets into the circus, she is seen by Arvind's relatives, who come to watch circus. She pretends as though she do not know them and finally, the truth is revealed by one od Arvind's relation. Please see the screen to come to know about the truth.
Arvind and Subha have a fight that day night and part. Next day, Subha meets Arvind and requests for spending some time with her to know about her research. She takes him to a museum and explains the reason as why she has chosen him. He agrees to her research and they go to the place where she has to give her a lecture based on her research. However, the scientists do not agree with her just for the case that she explains in Tamil and they feel that roots of various arts in Tamil cannot be taken along the way for a research. She blasts at them and walks out. Meanwhile, she is made to go to a police station for an enquiry and she comes to know later that she is searched by someone for murdering. Arvind and Subha somehow escape and follow 'The someone' and find that her professor is helping 'The someone'. Scenes go fast, as they find something interesting in professor's home and start their investigation from then on. Finally they come to know about 'Opeartion Red'. This was initiated from 'The someone' who is from china, and the virus that he carries is injected into a dog's body for faster spread. Finally, the disease is spread to so many people leading to death. Since Subha's research would help them solve the issue, China wanted to murder her so that they would release the medicine at a proper time and demand highly from India, which may even lead to India being under them.
Subha learning that the disease is spread across the city through her friend, tries to save people from disease, but all her chances end in vain. Meanwhile, The someone - Tong Lee, follows Subha and Arvind to kill them. He tries to hypnotise everyone, who becomes a prey to him, except Arvind. He could not hypnotise him, just because of one reason. There is a chaos wherever he follows them. Subha and her friends meet up somewhere and put a plan for her research which could save people. The plan is ready and it requires some days. The plan will be fuitful, provided no one interrupts them. But Tong Lee finds it somehow and interrupts them at the last day when hours are remaining for her completion of her research. Though it is a nice story, there are so many loop holes. First, can anyone carry a virus just like that with necessary equipments and enter India(whether it is India/any country). Are the security measures in airport so week that no one can diagnose it? Second, shouldn't someone's Tamil be much better when he/she blast people when people speak against Tamil?.Why there is a pause after every word? Third, what about the sequence in genetic lab. Even a min disturbance won't create problems in biological sequence?. Let us leave it to the people who do study on them as I have no idea. Fourth, even after an interruption in biological sequence, how the energy would come from a man immediately to fight and know about the arts?Fifth, hypnotism is a great art. Just by making a person see and taking control of mind - could that happen in seconds of time?. Sixth, Why Subha is pretending as though she does not know them when she sees Arvind's relatives. What is the necessity?. She can explain them about the situation and ask them not to say it to Arvind until and unless she reveals it by herself? Seventh - Is the whole film a drama based on a game except the historical part?.
I could not find answer to these questions and can anyone help me to explain all these?
